Warranty Terms
1. Coverage
CAVALENT warrants to the original purchaser that eligible CAVALENT jewelry products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. This limited warranty applies only to defects attributable to the manufacturing of the product.
2. Warranty Period
Coverage begins on the original purchase date shown on the applicable Amazon.com order and remains in effect for one (1) year. This warranty does not extend or modify Amazon’s return, refund, or replacement policies.
3. Eligibility
This limited warranty applies only to eligible CAVALENT jewelry products purchased through CAVALENT on Amazon.com. Proof of purchase, including a valid Amazon Order ID, may be required to verify warranty eligibility. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
4. What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; accidents, impacts, drops, or crushing; pulling, tugging, or excessive tension; snagging on hair, clothing, or other objects; misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling; improper storage; exposure to chemicals, cleaning products, or other substances that may affect the product; unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations; loss or theft; or cosmetic changes resulting from normal use that do not constitute a defect in materials or workmanship. Damage caused by pulling, snagging, excessive tension, accidental breakage, misuse, or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by this warranty.
5. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a warranty claim, complete the CAVALENT Warranty Claim form and provide the requested information, including your Amazon order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product may be required to evaluate the claim. Submission of a claim does not guarantee warranty approval.
6. Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, CAVALENT may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or provide another appropriate remedy. The specific resolution will depend on the nature of the defect and product availability.
7. Limitations & Additional Terms
This limited warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, CAVALENT is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Nothing in this warranty is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
